Still house hunting with no especially exciting places coming up quite yet. Hopeful hunting, for sure, though :-) Figured I better come out with a new post, it's been a while!
We recently celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary on the 12th with a nice gathering at P.F. Changs China Bistro.
The weekend prior to that, we stayed at the Anniversary Inn in the "fire and ice" themed room...have to say the room itself was pretty lame and a bit cheesy. Every year we pick a different themed room though, so it's fun :-) Check out the photos below:
My brother has gotten engaged to a great gal named Lacey, who is in every way, his equal. So happy for them and looking forward to their wedding sometime next summer/fall!
In other news, I have an entirely new shift at work that I've never had before out of the entire five years I've been working at the travel agency...a little odd but I'm enjoying it. Two thirty in the afternoon until eleven at night, Monday thru Friday with weekends off. I get to nurture my nite owl and rest like a princess in the morning and/or afternoon hours. Lol.
Loving summer otherwise and anxiously awaiting some much needed camping/river floating/water park R&R time! I've got the whole first week of August off for vacation as well as the week of Vince's birthday (15-20th), so that should give me time to get it out of my system.
